Both townhouses have a lock up garage, sundeck and fenced yard. There is an exterior gas barbeque. Also included in each unit is a television, dvd player, washing machine, clothes drier and electric iron. Both townhouse kitchens are equipped with a wall oven, bench top hotplates and microwave.

The main living area, dining, kitchen and sundeck are upstairs and there are views of the lake and foreshore and Booti Booti National Park. Both premises have two bathrooms, main bathroom upstairs with a second laundry/bathroom downstairs.
