The front balcony has views across Yamba Village down the mighty Clarence. The panorama is from Angourie on the left right across to Iluka on the right… awesome views with lovely cool breezes.

Walk in from the front balcony to a large open plan tiled kitchen & living areas. Walk down the hall and on your left is the middle balcony with the 4 burner BBQ, and sitting area. On your right is bathroom.

At the end of the hall there are the three generous bedrooms. There is a private ensuite off the master bedroom and the third balcony out the back with garden views. This is a great place to soak up the morning sun.
