How do I list my property on Owner.com.au? Listing your property on Owner.com.au is simple and free. How do I add an additional property on Owner.com.au? Once you have listed one property on Owner.com.au, your Listing Management Desktop section allows you to add additional properties to Owner.com.au. Please click on "Manage Your Listing" on the homepage of Owner.com.au.
My property no longer seems to be listed on Owner.com.au, what has happened? We send out automatic renewal reminder e-mails every month. If you have not received this e-mail and your property has expired it may be that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address on Owner.com.au or your e-mail address was not working when the e-mail was sent out (for example you may have exceeded the monthly limit allocated by your Internet Service provider). If this has happened it is most likely that you may still be able to renew the listing yourself. The process of renewing your listing is very simple and is free. Simply enter your Listing Management Desktop on Owner.com.au by clicking on "Manage Your Listing" on the homepage. You may access your Listing Management Desktop using your e-mail address and password that you entered when you listed your property on Owner.com.au (if you realise that you have an incorrect e-mail address than you may change it within your Listing Management Desktop, once you have logged in). If your property requires renewing the words "Renew Now" (in red lettering) will be displayed under the "Renew Status" heading. To renew your listing simply click on the "Renew Now". Once a listing has been renewed (which is immediate) the text "Renew Now" will be replaced with the text "Renewed - DISPLAYED". How do I find out how many people have viewed my property on Owner.com.au? Your Listing Management Desktop section displays number of times your property has been viewed on Owner.com.au. Please click on "Manage Your Listing" on the homepage of Owner.com.au.
How do I add photographs of my property on Owner.com.au? Your Listing Management Desktop section allows you to upload digitised photographs of your property that you have stored on your computer (through the use of a scanner or digital camera). This section explains the process of adding photographs. Please click on "Add Photographs to Your Listing" on the homepage of Owner.com.au to take you through to this section.
How do I resize my photographs to add them to Owner.com.au?
Instructions to resize your digital image should be in your digital camera or scanner manual. Alternatively you can resize your images with free software that you may download from the Web. Links to websites where you may download software are listed below, resizing software for:

If you are still having problems you are welcome to e-mail (admin@Owner.com.au) the photographs to us and we will resize and upload them for you. However we charge $19 for this service (this price allows up to five photographs).
I am having trouble logging into my Listing Management Desktop, can you help? Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail address and password. You entered these details when you listed your first property on Owner.com.au and you should have received a confirmation e-mail with these details when you listed. If you have forgotten your password please click on the link titled "Help, please e-mail me my password" (in your Listing Management Desktop login page) and your password will automatically be e-mailed to you. If you have entered an incorrect e-mail address you may change it within your Listing Management Desktop, once you have logged in (you may then use your correct e-mail address for all subsequent sessions). If you still have problems you may need to enable cookies on your browser.
How do I list my property as sold or remove my property from Owner.com.au? Listing your property as sold removes all contact details. You may list your property as sold or remove your property completely through your Listing Management Desktop. Please click on "Manage Your Listing" on the homepage of Owner.com.au.
I want to change my contact details, how do I do this? You may change any of your contact details and/or your property listing details through your Listing Management Desktop. Please click on "Manage Your Listing" on the homepage of Owner.com.au.
Would you please advise me of where to obtain an offer and acceptance form when selling my house privately?
